Charissa is a highly skilled Executive Assistant reporting directly to Tiffany Charles, Chief Growth Officer, adept at providing seamless operational support while fostering a culture of collaboration and taking on primary marketing assistance. With exceptional organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset, she manages calendars, coordinates marketing initiatives, leads team building events, and serves as a trusted partner in facilitating effective communication.
