Charissa is a highly skilled Executive Assistant with over 17 years of supporting business owners and C-level executives. She currently partners with the Chief Operations Officer at Destiny Capital, playing a key role in firm operations, people initiatives, and company culture. She loves bringing a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to every project.

Prior to joining Destiny Capital, she worked with a range of Denver-based organizations, including a CATV equipment distributor, a B2B marketing agency, and Atkins Nutritionals.

Charissa is passionate about creating positive experiences for everyone she interacts with, building systems that work, and bringing a deep level of care and creativity to everything she does.
