Introduction call

The first step is a 20-30 minute call where we get to know each other and determine if our expertise matches your needs. We’ll want to explore what is most important to you and your family and get clarity on what successful collaboration means to you.

Discovery Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to dive deeper by learning more about you, your family, your vision, and values. Together, we will start crafting your personalized roadmap to managing your wealth by identifying your goals, discussing your concerns, understanding your current financial position and targeting specific planning areas of focus that are the most important to you. Everything we do, all of the ideas and suggestions we discuss, will be driven by your priorities. Along the way, we will share our philosophy, services, fees and answer all your questions.

ASSESSMENT

The purpose of this meeting is to demonstrate how our collaboration can be meaningful to your family. Building upon our Discovery meeting, we will share an enhanced roadmap that contains our assessment of your current financial position and provides guidance on key focus areas that will help you achieve your vision.  We want you to feel the impact of partnering with us.

MAKING A DECISION

You now have the full picture and experience of how we will work together and we will ask if you are ready to move forward in partnering with us. If you need a moment, no worries! There is no rush, no “high-pressure” sales. We have been serving families for over 40 years. We understand that this is an important decision and we want you to feel great about it.

Partnering Together

We are thrilled and grateful to serve you! Now we have the opportunity to finalize strategy, implement, and help you realize the impact you desire. The first step is to complete your new client engagement paperwork. Then, we will also work with you to collect and review important planning documents such as tax returns, account statements, wills, trusts, insurance policies, etc… all the important nuts and bolts to your financial roadmap. If appropriate, we open investment accounts with our custodian, Bank of New York Mellon/Pershing, where we monitor and manage your investments.

FINAL Strategy & IMPLEMENTATION Meeting

After analyzing all important documents, we will come back together for a full strategy and recommendations meeting. We will discuss priorities and implementation. We will review our investment philosophy, your accounts, online access, and any pending action items in greater detail. Lastly, we will outline what our years to come entail. It’s our goal that our relationship will be one of trust and collaboration to ensure you get the most out of partnering with us.. We will serve you through proactive outreaches, regularly scheduled meetings, consistent monitoring, and ongoing planning.
